Why do we dream?

We dream because it’s Soul’s natural way of learning and growing. Just like our body needs food and exercise, Soul needs spiritual experiences — and dreams are one of the main ways Soul receives those lessons and insights.

Imagine you’re going through a difficult time in life — maybe you’re struggling with a decision about whether to leave a job or stay. You’ve been feeling anxious and uncertain for weeks.

One night, you have a dream where you find yourself standing at a crossroads in a beautiful meadow. There are two paths in front of you. One path looks well-worn but shadowy and dull, while the other is bright and lined with colorful flowers. You feel paralyzed, unsure which path to take. Suddenly, a figure in a blue robe appears — they don’t say a word, but you feel a deep sense of peace radiating from them.

They gently smile and point toward the brighter path. You take a step onto it, and immediately you feel a rush of relief and joy. The dream fades as you walk confidently down the path.
